Born in 1973, she entered the Conservatorio at the age of 11 and under the guidance of Professor Bianca Maria Monteverde graduated in 1995 with 10/10.
Once out of the rigid patterns of school education, she matures the need to bring out her instrument from the confines in which it is traditionally held.
Thus begins a journey searching for a new and original repertoire, in constant evolution still today.
After several performances with the most diverse formations, (duo with flute, violin, cello and vocals, trio, orchestral experience), with three other companions of studies, creates the quartet of harps “Dalma Quartet”.
In 1997, the original ensemble was awarded with the diploma of honor at the competition Tim a Bologna (international competition of music), the first prize at the “Riviera della Versilia” and in September of the same year the diploma of honor at the contemporary harp music competition held in Perugia as part of the 4th European Harp Symposium with a song (“Thrilling di mezzogiorno”) written specifically for the quartet by the composer from Pesaro Paul Giaro.
Meanwhile she meets the violinist Angela Benelli with which arises immediately a deep personal and musical harmony.
In 2009, the duo joins flutist Barbara Piperno and together officially give life to the trio Ban Ensemble.
